It is our firm belief that the Lord, God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, God of Moses, King David and the prophets of Israel,  the Father of our Lord, Savior and King, Jesus Christ, God Incarnate Who indwells His Ekklesia (eternal and universal church) by His Holy Spirit is the Only God and the only Salvation. It is our firm belief that without Him we are lost and senseless. We are human: sons of Adam and daughters of Eve, finite in intelligence and life, physical and spiritual and therefore incapable of understanding all that surrounds us (indeed it is very likely that try understanding fully is, as G.K. Chesterton put it, the path to madness). Therefore we are, apart from God, depraved in our own hearts and minds by having gone our own way and sought our own wisdom and counsel over that of the Reigning King, Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Word of God. We must learn of His incomparable love and mercy in order to see the extent of our fallen selves and seek His will and His Kingdom above all things and in only in His Mercy, by the blood of His Only Son, do we find real purpose, true meaning to life, the universe and everything.

Dave is … (I’ll let him fill this in)

James Wright, aka Robin (me) is an American but current resident of Tokyo, Japan where I pay the bills as Creative Director at Droid On The Moon Design Studios but work as a missionary for Christ. Current place of worship is wherever I happen to be standing. My wife, daughter and I call TBC (Tokyo Baptist Church) our worship family, though we also worship and share with some local house churches, Tokyo BSF and enjoy the wonderful fellowship of Christ in a small group that meets in our home.
If ever you are in Tokyo, stop by TBC (in Daikanyama) or give us a shout and you are welcome to join any of these groups, whether ye be Christian or not. You are welcome, period. Unless you are blood sucking vampire, that is. Then no.
If you are a resident of Tokyo, join us at TBC for the “Spiritual Maturity” class 201 (yes, its merely a class now! Four hours only!! … seriously though, we simply discuss methods of studying one’s Bible, prayer, fellowship, etc in a classroom type setting.) or for the Small Group member information class 210 – both offered at TBC periodically throughout the year taught by Pastor Takeshi Yozawa and yours truly.
